These can be obtained from your credit card company. These are cheques that you fill out with payment to us in the proper dollar amount and currency (payment can be in Canadian or US dollars) and you would enter your credit card # on the cheque so that the purchase gets charged to your credit card. After receiving your order, the pricing and shipping will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent via e-mail, for preparation of payment. The original invoice will be included with the shipment.
